Watch how a market is described.

tradcore is an observatory for market literacy. It records startup investing, market structure, instruments, strategies, and AI tools as descriptions. Enter the field.

Brief

A place that watches the wording.

tradcore is an independent editorial project for people learning how markets are put into words. It explains what a financial instrument is as a form, and how a strategy appears in a text. It does not sell a product and it does not speak for a broker.

Startup investing is one field among others: stages of a company, the words used around a round, and the kinds of documents a reader might look for. The notes do not say which company to approach or how much to commit.

Field
The topic a note is willing to look at. A field has an edge. Outside that edge the note is silent.
Aperture
How wide the description is allowed to open. A wide aperture still has a stop.
Noise
Language that sounds like an instruction and is not one. The note names it and leaves it out.

Method

Four marks on a note.

  1. 01

    Clarity

A word receives a definition before any development. If the word stays ambiguous, the note stops.

  2. 02

    Independence

No product, broker, or platform is named in order to be chosen. The observatory takes no commission for a recommendation.

  3. 03

    A source in view

The support is a type of public document. A cited source is not a partnership.

  4. 04

    A written limit

Each note says how far it goes. An account of a strategy does not become an instruction.

The note has a field and no name for the object yet. It is looking. It is not advising.

The object has a definition: a market, an instrument, a strategy, or a tool. The name comes before any story about it.

The note has written its limit. It will not add an order, an amount, a horizon, or a platform.

Notes

Four readings in the field.

Literacy ·

What an observation records

The note treats literacy as the ability to define a term and to say what the term does not authorise. It is not a score and not a promise of skill.

Structure ·

Roles inside a market

Who displays a price, who meets it, who records the exchange. The note keeps those roles apart from any instruction to enter a market.

Instruments ·

Forms, not instructions

A claim, a share, and a forward contract are read as shapes. None of them arrives with a reason to buy, sell, or hold.

Tools ·

A model that only reads

A model can compress a public text or list the terms inside it. The note explains that use. It does not treat the output as a market call.

The observatory records what a text claims. It does not complete the claim. Night log. The line is a limit on the page, not a view of what a market does next.

Sources

Three families of documents.

Notes lean on open kinds of writing. tradcore claims no agreement with their authors.

  • Public reports

Publications from public institutions: central banks, statistical agencies, international organisations. The note cites the type of document, not a relationship with the institution.

  • Academic texts

University papers and textbooks that define a term or a method. They are read as explanations, not as endorsements of a product.

  • Open series

Statistical series published for general use. A series can illustrate a definition. It is not presented as a result to chase.

Questions

Questions that come up first.

  • ScopeAnswers describe the project. They do not describe a portfolio.
  • MoneyThe notes are free to read. No product is sold from these pages.
  • DataA message is checked for the request. It is not kept in a file.

tradcore is an independent editorial project. The site does not publish expert names, licences, or partnerships, because none are claimed. The correspondence address is in the footer.

Revenue comes from advertising and educational content. The notes are free to read. No financial product is sold. No commission is taken for recommending an investment.

No. The content is educational and informational only. It does not say to buy, sell, or hold an asset, and it is not personal advice.

The form sends a name, an email address, a subject, and a message for the length of the request. This version does not store them in a database and does not forward them to an external inbox. The cookie choice is kept in this browser. No analytics or advertising cookie is set.

No. They are courses. They do not open an account, transmit an order, or promise a professional skill or a result.

Worth writing

  • A word in a note that stayed unclear.
  • A source type that should be named more carefully.
  • A definition that needs a correction.
